Snail Pasta400 g
Minced Fried Bacon350 g
cheddar cheese200 g
Whole milk2 cup
Wheat flour1.1/2 tablespoon
Butter3 tablespoon
Black pepper to taste

Make the pasta as usual and set aside;
In a pan, melt all the butter, as soon as it melts add the wheat flour and stir quickly;
After dissolving the flour in the butter, slowly add all the whole milk and stir constantly until it becomes a cream;
Gradually add all the cheddar, stirring constantly;
Put black pepper, adjust the salt and finish with the already fried bacon. serve.
