- Baking powder2 tablespoon
- Xanthan Gum1 tablespoon
- Almond flour250 g
- 70 or 80% bittersweet chocolate100 g
- Beat the eggs well with the essence of panettone, add the sweetener, the yeast and the xanthan gum and mix again, until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Add the almond flour, mix until all the flour is incorporated, add the chocolate and mix until the chocolate is evenly spread throughout the dough.
- Lower the heat to 160ºC and leave it for another 20 minutes approximately and check if it's good with the help of a toothpick, if the dough doesn't stick to the toothpick, your chocotone is good.
- This chocotone, as the name implies, contains little carbohydrate.
- It is a great alternative for those who are on a low-carb diet or can also be a good option for those who are in the process of losing weight.
