- Linguine Noodles500 g
- Filet Mignon500 g

- Gorgonzola80 g
- Mozzarella150 g
- Parmesan100 g
- Butter1 tablespoon

- Cook the pasta packet as instructed, cutting the label time by 3 minutes
- In the salter, seal the fillet already seasoned quickly in the hot pan! This is very quick for the fillet not to go over the point.
- Add the onion and the something, sauté and add the butter.
- Break the gorgonzola over the fillet and add a ladle of the pasta cooking water.
- Add the mozzarella, part of the parmesan and the cream. Mix everything, it will turn into a beautiful cream. Take the dough out of the cooking pot and put it straight into the salter. Finish cooking the dough inside this cream. Season with salt and pepper and add a little more of the cooking water if needed.
- More attention! The sauce should be very creamy and not runny, so don't add too much water. Serve while still hot and grate the remaining Parmesan on top.
