- Veal fillet strips150 g
- Gorgonzola50 g

- Nutmeg1 to taste
- Quickly fry the strips of meat in the oil on both sides. While they are in the pan, put a pinch of salt all over the meat, repeat on both sides.
- Meanwhile, boil 2 liters of water, put 10 grams of coarse salt in the water and put the pasta. Stir to cook well, the pasta should be al dente.
- After frying the meat, remove from the pan and set aside. Add a little more oil to the pan and sauté the onion, then the minced garlic. Return the meat to the pan and cut the Gorgonzola into pieces and add the meat, wait until the cheese has melted, add the cream and grate a little nutmeg and add the black pepper. Taste for salt, as Gorgonzola is a little salty.
- Transfer the pasta (without draining) straight to the sauce pan. Finish with parmesan and chopped parsley.
