  • Oil60 g
  • Sugar60 g
  • Salt30 g
  • Water350 l
  • Dry yeast10 g
  1. Put the yeast together with sugar
  2. Add the oil, salt and water.
  3. Put the thin slice until it comes out of your hand, but it's fluffy, not hard. Taking care to put up to 500g
  4. Leave to rest for 30 minutes, divide the dough and put it in the oven at 160c Bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
  5. It's great as a sfira dough, fill as you want
