- Wheat flour2 cup
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- egg whites3 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Take a bowl and a sieve and pass the wheat flour put butter, cream and baking powder
- Mix by hand until the dough comes off all of the hand.
- Let it rest for 30 minutes in the fridge
- Take a bowl put wheat flour open the dough form a shape at the bottom
- Pierce the bottom with a fork and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
- In another pan, mix the egg whites and sugar and bring to a low heat, stirring constantly for 3 minutes.
- Taking it out and putting it on the fire, be careful not to cook it.
- Remove from heat, place in mixer and beat for 5 minutes.
- Then take the pie from the fridge and cover with the meringue put the pie in the oven for about 10 minutes
- then just serve
