Ingredients
Recipe

Spaghetti pasta (I used hard granno)500 g
Ground Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
Lemon zest to taste
Limoncello1/2 cup
Extra virgin olive oil1/2 cup
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Grated Parmesan to taste

Put a lot of water in a pan and wait for it to boil, lower the heat and add a tablespoon of salt.
Add the spaghetti pasta without breaking it in half, it will soften and sink in the water as it cooks (push it with a fork)
Cook until al dente and drain the pasta, set aside
In a pan put the olive oil and the ground garlic and sauté until golden, add the limoncello and the cooked pasta, leave it on low heat
Stir well and season with ground black pepper and adjust salt if necessary.
Turn off the heat and serve the pasta on plates.
With a grater sprinkle lemon on each plate (be careful not to grate the white part as it is bitter)
Finish with grated parmesan cheese to taste and serve next 😋
