3/ Egg

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/3 cup of milk

1/cup of oil

1/3 squeezed lemon

2 tablespoons of yeast

Lemon zest to taste

Lemon cake 🍋




         COBERTURA 

1 xícara  de  açúcar 

1/2 colher  de suco de limão 
 
 Raspa de limão 
     

               MODO DE PREPARO 
     

1. Coloque  no liquidificador,  os ovos ,leite ,suco de limão , açúcar  ,e óleo .

2 bate  bem por 2  minutos. 

3  abre o liquidificador  e acrescente  a farinha  de trigo  aos  Poucos .

4  coloque  a raspa. De um limão  não  coloque A parte  branca  para não Amargar .

5  por  último   o fermento  químico meche  com uma colher.
 
6  despeije  em uma forma untada  com manteiga  e farinha. 
 
7  leve ao forno  pré aquecido à 200.c   por 35 minutos 

6  depois  de frio  desforme 

 

                    COBERTURA 
     


Misture  o suco de limão  no açúcar    e leve  ao fogo Se preferir   acrescente  leite condesado   depois De grosso   coloca Em cima  do bolo.
          
Decore  com raspas  de limão ( sugestão)
                 






         ROOF

1 cup of sugar

1/2 spoon of lemon juice
 
 Lemon zest
     

               PREPARATION MODE
     

1. Place the eggs, milk, lemon juice, sugar and oil in a blender.

2 beats well for 2 minutes.

3 open the blender and add the wheat flour little by little.

4 place the zest. From a lemon do not put the white part to not bitter.

5 finally, stir the chemical yeast with a spoon.
 
6 pour in a greased shape with butter and flour.
 
7 Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes

6 after cold, unmold

Mix the lemon juice in the sugar and put it on the fire. If you prefer, add condensed milk after Thick, put it on top of the cake.
          
Garnish with lemon zest (suggestion)
