  • Wheat or rice flour15 tablespoon
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Egg4 unit(s)
  • Milk1 cup
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Leek1 to taste
  • Bacon to taste
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Oregano and black pepper to taste
  1. Dough: mix the wheat flour, olive oil, butter, salt and 2 egg yolks. Line in a removable form. Place in a preheated oven at 180° for 10 minutes. For the filling, beat the milk, onion, 2 whole eggs and the 2 egg whites, salt, black pepper and oregano in a blender, except for the leek and bacon. Saute garlic and bacon in oil and add to stuffing. Pour in the dough, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
