  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Warm water120 g
  • Soybean oil35 g
  • Table salt5 g
  1. In a bowl, mix the salt and flour;
  2. Make a hole in the center and slowly pour in the warm water;
  3. Add soybean oil;
  4. Start mixing with a spoon in the center of the bowl;
  5. When you can no longer mix with the spoon, use your hands!
  6. Don't knead! Mix the dough until it is uniform;
  7. Form a ball and cover with a damp cloth. Let it rest for 40 minutes
  8. With the help of a knife, cut the dough into 8 pieces and make mini balls;
  9. Let it rest for another 30 minutes
  10. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into thin discs.
  11. From now on you need to be quick, take the dough to the hot skillet and let it brown on both sides.
  12. After toasting the dough, sprinkle water on top and let it rest with a cloth on top;
  13. Repeat this process with the remaining 7 discs, and you're done!
