Ingredients: 2 cup Mashed Potato; 200 g Sour cream; 1 to taste Salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg; 500 g Package of pre-cooked lasagna noodles; 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese; 5 tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese; 4 tablespoon Oil or olive oil; 500 g Ground beef; 1 unit(s) Diced Onions; 2 unit(s) Minced Garlic Clove; 1/2 cup Tomato Extract; 4 unit(s) Tomatoes without skin and without seeds; 2 cup Water; 1 unit(s) Bay leaf; 1 to taste Chopped Basil

Cozinhe a massa de lasanha por 5 minutos e reserve.
Em uma panela grande, aqueça o óleo, em fogo médio,adicione a cebola e alho e a carne moida e deixe refolgando por 5 minutos.

Cook the lasagna noodles for 5 minutes and set aside.
In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat, add the onion and garlic and the ground beef and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Despeje o tomate, a água, sal,pimenta e a folha de louro e cozinhe por 10 minutos a carne, mexendo de vez em quando.


Pour in the tomato, water, salt, pepper and bay leaf and cook the meat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.


Depois que cozinhar, desligue o fogo e misture com manjericão.
Misture o purê com o creme de leite e o sal.

Em uma travessa, espalhe uma camada de molho com carne moida e adicionando a massa de lasanha em seguida, camadas de queijos, faça esse mesmo procedimento ate que acabe a massa de lasanha.
Por ultimo adicione o queijo ralado e deixe no forno pré-aquecido por 20 minutos.
E depois é so servi.
