  • Mashed Potato2 cup
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg1 to taste
  • Package of pre-cooked lasagna noodles500 g
  • shredded mozzarella cheese1 cup
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese5 tablespoon
  • Oil or olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Ground beef500 g
  • Diced Onions1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
  • Tomato Extract1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes without skin and without seeds4 unit(s)
  • Water2 cup
  • Bay leaf1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Basil1 to taste
  1. Cook the lasagna noodles for 5 minutes and set aside. In a large pan, heat the oil over medium heat, add the onion and garlic and the ground beef and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Pour in the tomato, water, salt, pepper and bay leaf and cook the meat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. After cooking, turn off the heat and mix with basil. Mix the puree with the cream and salt.
  4. On a platter, spread a layer of sauce with minced meat and adding the lasagna noodles then layers of cheeses, do the same procedure until the lasagna noodles are used up. Finally add the grated cheese and leave it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. And then it's just service.
