- Tomato Sauce1 unit(s)
- Milk500 ml
- Mozzarella Cheese350 g
- Ham350 g
- Oregano to taste
- Seasonings (Garlic, Onion and Salt) to taste
- Initially prepare the sugo sauce with the seasonings of your choice. I put garlic and onion, sautéed and added the tomato sauce sachet. I added water, salt and a pinch of sugar (to remove the acidity) and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- In a refractory, put some of the milk and accommodate the pasta for lasagna, throw sauce shells and intersperse ham and mozzarella, another layer of milk and the oregano
- Make layers in the same sequence as above
- Preheat the oven to 280° for 10 minutes
- Bake in the oven for 35 minutes and then serve.
