- lasagna noodles1 kg
- corn starch4 tablespoon
- sour cream4 unit(s)
- beef bouillon cube4 unit(s)
- butter4 tablespoon
- grated onion3 unit(s)
- milk4 cup
- ground beef2 kg
- mixed seasoning1 teaspoon
- oil4 tablespoon
- tomato paste3 unit(s)
- mozzarella400 g
- ham400 g
- grated parmesan cheese3 unit(s)
- In a pan put 2 onions grated with the butter and let it brown.
- As soon as it browns, throw the corn starch dissolved in the milk, 2 tablets of beef stock and let it thicken. Add the cream and set aside
- In another pan, heat the oil and throw the ground beef. Season with 1 grated onion, 2 beef stock and the mixed seasoning.
- Let it cook for 20 minutes. Add the tomato paste and if necessary water to form a sauce. Let it cook for another 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside
- In a refractory put a layer of the sauce with the meat, a layer of lasagna pasta, a layer of white sauce, a layer of cheese and another layer of ham and so on. Lastly, layer the meat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 18p° for 50 minutes or until the dough is cooked.
