- ground beef2 kg
- crushed garlic4 unit(s)
- oil4 tablespoon
- chopped onion1 unit(s)
- beef bouillon cube1 unit(s)
- tomato paste5 cup
- mozzarella cheese300 g
- Cheese300 g
- cheddar cheese300 g
- grated parmesan cheese300 g
- In a pan add garlic and oil. brown. Add the ground beef, and sauté for 10 minutes.
- Add the beef stock, onion and sauté another 10 minutes. Put the tomato paste, cook for 10 minutes.. Leave it with plenty of broth
- In a refractory put a layer of sauce, a layer of pasta, a layer of cheese, a layer of mozzarella cheese, a layer of cheddar and so on. Finish with the ground beef and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the dough is cooked.
