Preparar a carne moída com 1/2 cebola picada e os extratos de tomate e 1/2 colher de sopa de tempero e reservar

Prepare the ground beef with 1/2 chopped onion and tomato paste and 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning and set aside

Ralar os dois queijos em vasilhas separadas

Em um litro de leite, sempre mexendo, colocar a outra metade da cebola picadinha, as seis colheres de farinha de trigo (previamente dissolvidas em parte do leite), a 1/2 colher de chá de noz moscada, e continuar mexendo até engrossar, colocar 1 xic de cada um dos queijos e o creme de leite, já com o fogo desligado e continuar mexendo até formar um creme branco homogêneo

Em um pirex grande colocar uma camada do molho com carne moída, cobrir com a massa da lasanha, colocar uma camada do molho branco e queijo ralado, cobrir com a lasanha, colocar outra camada do molho vermelho e os presuntos fatiados e colocar a lasanha, e por cima a última camada de molho branco com o restante dos queijos ralados

In a large pyrex, place a layer of the sauce with ground meat, cover with the lasagna pasta, place a layer of the white sauce and grated cheese, cover with the lasagna, place another layer of the red sauce and the sliced hams and place the lasagna, and on top the last layer of white sauce with the rest of the grated cheese
