Italian Mix BR Spices1 to taste
Lasagna pasta400 g
Cooked ham500 g
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Burrata1 to taste
Basil leaves1 to taste
Tomato sauce200 g

In a deep dish, add a ladle of tomato sauce of your choice and then a pinch of our Mix Italiano BR Spices seasoning.
Now, repeat this order all the way to the top of the platter: lasagna noodles, tomato sauce, plus a dash of Italian Mix, slices of mozzarella cheese, slices of cooked ham, tomato sauce, and so on.
When done, grate Parmesan cheese over the sauce, and a little more Italian Mix to bring some color to the cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 180ºC for 45 minutes.
Remove and time for the second special ringtone. Place a burrata on top of the lasagna! Drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil and another pinch of Mix Italiano BR Spices. Return to the oven at 180ºC for 5 minutes.
Lasagna ready, then just garnish with some basil leaves and enjoy!
