Em uma panela, aqueça o óleo e o alho,deixe dourar 

In a pan, heat the oil and garlic, let it brown

Adicione a carne moída, mecha bem
Adicione o tempero baiano, o caldo de carne e a massa de tomate,  cozinhe por 20.minutos

Add the ground beef, mix well
Add the Bahian seasoning, the meat broth and the tomato paste, cook for 20.minutes

Verifique se a carne ficou com bastante molho, se precisar adicione água e deixe ferver

Check if the meat has enough sauce, if necessary add water and let it boil

Em um refratário ponha um pouco da carne moída, uma camada de massa , uma camada de mussarela, uma camada de prato, uma camada de cheddar,  por último carne, e assim repetidamente.  Polvilhe com queijo parmesão e leve ao forno por 40 minutos, ou até que a massa esteja cozida 

In a refractory put some of the ground meat, a layer of pasta, a layer of mozzarella, a layer of dish, a layer of cheddar, finally meat, and so on repeatedly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 40 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked through.
