  • Boiled Cassava1 kg
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Dry desalted and cooked meat1/2 kg
  • medium chopped onion1 unit(s)
  • Crushed garlic cloves4 unit(s)
  • Tomatoes, peeled and chopped2 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Pepper1 to taste
  • grated cheese1 to taste
  1. Squeeze the manioc while still hot and put it in a pan with the margarine and salt. When they are well mixed, add the cream, mix and set aside. Saute the onion and garlic in a drizzle of oil. Add the shredded beef and let it fry a little. Add the tomatoes and cook until they are wilted and adjust the salt if necessary. In a refractory greased with olive oil, place a layer of the manioc puree, the dried meat and finish with the rest of the puree. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake in the oven.
