Cozinhe a mandioca e esprema ainda quente,em uma panela adicione a mandioca espremida a manteiga e o creme de leite misture bem,e o sal,doure a cebola e o alho separado adicione a carne seca e deixe fritar bem,em um refratário untado com azeite adicione uma camada do purê e uma de carne ,assim sucessivamente até acabar todos os ingredientes sendo a última camada do purê,polvilhe com o queijo ralado e leve ao forno para gratinar
