Coloque a água pra ferve adicione o macarrão
Vá cortando cebola o tomate, o pimentão o alho eu trituro ele pique o coentro tbm, agora coloque o alho e a cebola pra dourar e adicione a carne moída vá mistursndom bem até ela refogar por completo só depois coloque o restante dos temperos, feito isso coloque o molho depois da carne temperada mecha bem deixe ferve feito isso escorra a água do macarrão e não lave ele deixe no escorredor aí pegue uma travessa coloque uma  camada do molho, e coloque macacão aí mais molho e pegue o creme de leite coloque por cima tbm e vai intercalando use mussarela e presunto por cima do recheio pra finalizar coloquei pedaços de mussarela por cima e salpique orégano depois só levar no forno pré aquecido por 10 minutos e está pronto o macarrao de forno da Jeh
