Pegue uma panela grande, coloque água e espere ferve, quando pegar fervura adicione o macarrão e um pouco de sal.

Em outra panela despeje o azeite e coloque o alho, quando ficar dourado, adicione a linguiça e um pouco de água, quando estiver quase frito entre com o tomate cereja,sal e manjericão, tampe a panela por 5 minutos.

In another pan, pour the oil and add the garlic, when it turns golden, add the sausage and a little water, when it is almost fried, add the cherry tomatoes, salt and basil, cover the pan for 5 minutes.

Escorra o macarrão, mas antes reserve um copo de água do próprio cozimento, em seguida desligue o molho.

Drain the pasta, but reserve a glass of water from the cooking process first, then turn off the sauce.

Pegue uma travessa coloque um pouco de macarrão, coloque metade do molho, queijo provolone, linguiça.
Em seguida coloque o restante do macarrão o restante do molho, o queijo, a linguiça e a água que tinha sido reservada,mexa até mistura tudo.

Por fim adicione o queijo ralado por cima e é só servir (pode ser levado ao forno, para gratinar) .
