- Recipe
- Cooked parboiled rice2 cup
- Chopped smoked ribs1/4 cup
- Small minced garlic clove1 unit(s)
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Cabbage cut into strips1 cup
- Finely chopped carrot1/4 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- In a non-stick pan heat the oil and prepare scrambled eggs, season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
- In the same pan add a little more oil and fry the ribs well.
- Add the carrot and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté quickly.
- Add the rice and sauté over low heat.
- Add the kale and sauté until wilted. Return the scrambled eggs to the pan and mix.
- Adjust the salt and serve immediately.
