  • Ingredients
  • Recipe
  • Cooked parboiled rice2 cup
  • Chopped smoked ribs1/4 cup
  • Small minced garlic clove1 unit(s)
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Cabbage cut into strips1 cup
  • Finely chopped carrot1/4 cup
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  1. In a non-stick pan heat the oil and prepare scrambled eggs, season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
  2. In the same pan add a little more oil and fry the ribs well.
  3. Add the carrot and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté quickly.
  4. Add the rice and sauté over low heat.
  5. Add the kale and sauté until wilted. Return the scrambled eggs to the pan and mix.
  6. Adjust the salt and serve immediately.
