  • Spaghetti500 g
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • cream cheese2 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Ham500 g
  • Mozzarella cheese500 g
  • Catupiry250 g
  • Tomato sauce to taste
  • Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese to taste
  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente in salted water. Drain (reserve a little water) and add 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, the reserved cooking water (little), season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Take 1 slice of ham and 2 slices of cheese, add some spaghetti, some catupiry and roll it up.
  3. In a glass dish, put some tomato sauce (I make the sauce with garlic, onion, tomato, basil and olive oil) place the rolls side by side and cover with more tomato sauce. Plenty of fresh Parmesan cheese grated into chips and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
