Cooked parboiled rice2 cup
Diced chicken breast200 g
Fresh peas1/3 cup
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese1/2 cup
Chopped Ham1/5 cup
Chopped Onion1/4 cup
Whole milk1.5 cup
Butter1 tablespoon
Wheat Flour1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Squeezed Lime1 tablespoon
Olive oil1 dessert spoon
Straw potato to taste
Chopped green onion1 tablespoon

Season the chicken with lemon, salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a pan and brown the chicken cubes, remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan melt the butter and brown the onion. Add the wheat, mix until you form a homogeneous paste.
Add the milk little by little, stirring constantly. Season with salt and return the chicken to the pan.
Cook for 5 minutes and add the rice, mix and add the ham and peas.
Let it cook for another 2 minutes, hit the salt and add the cheese, stir well and turn off the fire.
Add the chives, mix and serve with straw potatoes.
