  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Skimmed milk1/2 cup
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Whole wheat flour1/4 cup
  • White wheat flour1/4 cup
  • Oat flour1/2 cup
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Lemonpepper or Turmeric or Turmeric (optional) to taste
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Put half the dough in a greased and floured shape and fill to taste, with whatever you have in the fridge. I used chicken breast and cottage cheese.
  3. Cover the filling with the rest of the dough and take it to the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
  4. Tip: sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese before putting in the oven. You can make it in the airfryer or in cupcake molds!
