- hominy500 g
- Can of condensed milk1 can(s)
- Glass of coconut milk1 can(s)
- De-sweetened and sweetened shredded coconut50 g
- Tablespoons of sugar8 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste1 to taste
- Wash the canjica in running water.
- Let it soak for approximately 4 hours with the sugar
- Cook in a pressure cooker with 2 l of water for approximately 20 minutes or until soft

- Let it boil for 10 minutes stirring constantly so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
- Turn off the heat when it's very creamy.
