- Water200 ml
- Oil200 ml

- Heat the milk and water and mix all the ingredients, except the wheat flour, in the blender.
- Place in a bowl and gradually add the flour. Knead the dough well for about 10 minutes and let the dough rise for 40 minutes. Cover the bowl with a dish towel and place in a warm place. I put it in the oven
- After the dough has doubled in volume, shape the donuts as you prefer and let rise again for about 20 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° until golden brown + or - about 20 minutes.
- Donut syrup: 1 American glass of sugar and half a glass of water. Bring to a boil and let it boil for about 5 minutes. As soon as the donuts are baked, take them out of the oven and add the syrup. You can sprinkle grated coconut or refined sugar.
