  • Soybean oil1/2 teaspoon
  • Special wheat flour approx.600 g
  • Potatoes cooked and mashed200 g
  • Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
  1. Dissolve the yeast in the sugar.
  2. Add all the other ingredients but only half of the flour, knead the dough and add the flour little by little, until all the flour is added.
  3. The amount of flour depends on the size of the eggs so the amount is approximate.
  4. The dough is sticking a little to the hands, make 20 balls and put it in a greased shape.
  5. Let it rise for approximately 30 minutes (if the weather is cloudy or rainy, place a small piece of dough in a glass of water, when the dough ball rises it will be time to put the buns in the oven).
  6. * Bake in oven at 180º to 220ºC until golden.
