  • Wheat flour800 g
  • warm milk400 ml
  • Oil100 ml
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Yeast1 coffee spoon
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Sugar1 teaspoon
  1. Pour the flour into a large refractory, making a mound and make a well in the middle.
  2. Add the liquid ingredients into the hole
  3. Gradually incorporate until it becomes a dough and comes off of your hands.
  4. If it's too soft, add flour, if it's too hard, add milk.
  5. Knead the dough for another 10 minutes *NO need to let it rest
  6. Divide the dough into four parts
  7. Take a part, open it with a roller or a glass bottle
  8. Put it in the form *no need to grease*
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes or until dough comes out of shape.
  10. Put the filling of your choice and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
  11. Do the same with the other parts of the dough.
