- Água morna2 cup
- Fermento biológico10 g
- Açúcar1 dessert spoon
- Óleo ou azeite1 cup
- Farinha de trigo3 cup
- Sal to taste
- Recheio da sua preferência to taste
- yeast mixture
- Add the yeast to lukewarm water, not too hot, along with the sugar. Mix and set aside for 10 minutes.
- preparing the dough
- In a bowl combine the yeast mixture with the oil. Add 2 cups of flour and salt (to taste) to mix the dough
- Transfer the dough to a countertop with a little more flour and knead until you get a homogeneous dough (you can add more oil or flour for the point)
- Let the dough rest for a few minutes or until it doubles in size.
- Now just open and stuff it your way.
