  • Sugar2 teaspoon
  • Salt2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil1/2 cup
  • Warm water2 cup
  • Organic Dry Yeast2 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce1 unit(s)
  • Stuffing to taste. The one I made was pepperoni to taste
  1. Mix yeast and sugar in a bowl. Add the warm water little by little and mix slowly. When dissolved, set aside at room temperature. This will activate the yeast
  2. On a smooth, clean surface, mix the flour with the salt. Make a hole in the center and add the yeast mixture. Add the oil and mix well;
  3. Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your fingers. Cover with a towel and let the dough rest for approximately 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 parts, select one of them, cover the rest with the towel and set aside to bake at other times. Place the dough on a surface dusted with flour and use a rolling pin to roll it out, forming a circle 30 centimeters in diameter;
  5. Assemble the pizza with the flavors of your choice (shredded chicken, tuna, corn, mozzarella, etc.), first spreading tomato sauce or extract; The one I chose was pepperoni.
  6. Place in a preheated oven and bake over medium heat until the pastry is golden.
