- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Sour cream200 g
- Salt to taste
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough until smooth.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin and cut discs of the desired size. Put the stuffing of your choice and fry in hot oil until golden.
- Remove and drain on paper towels and serve immediately. It's delicious.
- Obs.: if the dough gets too soft, you can add a little wheat flour, or if it gets too hard, you can add water.
