- Wheat flour3 cup
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Burning water (cachaça)2 tablespoon
- Warm water2 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- In a container put the flour, oil, salt and burning water (cachaça) mix. Then add the warm water little by little, until the dough comes off your hands.
- Once the dough is smooth, let it rest for 2 minutes while you spread some flour on a countertop. Open the dough and fill to taste.
- If you opt for ground beef filling, don't make the sauce too wet.
