- Wheat flour300 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepperoni300 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Spicy paprika to taste
- Oregano to taste
- PREPARATION MODE In a plastic or glass bowl, place the eggs and salt, gradually add the flour, until you get a homogeneous dough, a little harder than bread.
- Pass through the cylinder or roll out until the dough is very thin, about 3 millimeters.
- Pass flour and roll the dough like a rocambole.
- Cut the rolled dough (try not to knead it) with spaces of approximately 1 centimeter.
- Unroll the rolls, adding more flour so they don't stick together.
- Bring the water to a boil and gradually add the pasta to cook.
- drain
- In a pan put oil
- Add the sliced pepperoni and spicy paprika to taste, let it fry until golden and lastly add the oregano.
- Add the drained pasta to the pan, add salt to taste and stir well.
- Ready! Now just serve and enjoy.
