- Flour | 500 g
- Milk powder | 100 g
- Corn starch | 100 g
- Eggs | 4 unit(s)
- Milk | 200 ml
- Oil | 80 ml
- Water | 60 ml
- Sugar | 4 tablespoon
- Organic dry yeast | 1 unit(s)

- In a mixer (or bowl) Mix all the dry ingredients, add the eggs, then the oil, then the milk and water, until a very homogeneous mass. Cover the dough and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. After it almost doubles in size, portion it to the desired size (approximately 8 units). Leave each unit with an inch or two of space between them on a baking sheet. Cover the buns with plastic and let rise until doubled in size. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 15 minutes. Baking time depends on each oven.
