  • Instant Dry Yeast Sachet10 g
  • Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Sugar and Cinnamon to taste
  1. 1-Mix all the ingredients (except the wheat flour and cornstarch) in a bowl, stirring gently until completely homogenized. 2-Add wheat flour gradually until the dough creates consistency, when you can no longer work with the dough in the basin, throw it on a bench and start beating for 00:10 min. ✍️Dica:separe 560 grs. of wheat flour, use 500 grs.while working with the dough in the bowl, gradually throwing the flour and stirring the dough with the help of a large spoon, then throw the dough on the countertop and add to the few the rest of the flour while kneading. 3-Take the dough to rise until it doubles in volume. After this period, make balls of 60 to 75 grams, light to grow again until doubled in volume. You can roll the dough just like I did and fill it, make it in the shape of donuts and bathe it with chocolate, decorate with confetti, chocolate drops, or whatever you prefer.
