- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Warm Water120 ml
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Organic Dry Yeast1 tablespoon
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Stuffing to taste
- Beat the egg and oil.
- Add Yeast and Water. Shake well.
- Add Wheat Flour and Salt. Mix well with the spoon.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise covered for 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the chicken stuffing.
- Shape the dough as you prefer (prick it with a fork, so as not to create bubbles) and bake for 25 minutes in the Medium Oven.
- Stuff the Pizza with the shredded chicken and cover with the Mozzarella, tomato, onion, bell pepper and oregano.
- Bake for another 20 minutes or as long as you like.
