  • Milk250 ml
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Sugar3 tablespoon
  • Salt1/2 dessert spoon
  • Bread Yeast20 g
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Wheat Flour4/5 cup
  1. In a bowl add eggs, sugar, butter, milk, oil, water, salt and baking powder.
  2. Mix everything well until the ingredients are homogeneous.
  3. Add the 4/5 cups of wheat flour to the mixture and knead the dough until it doesn't stick to your hand.
  4. Let the dough rest for about 25 minutes.
  5. With the dough grown, separate them into balls or the way you like and mount them on a baking sheet greased with butter and wheat flour.
  6. Allow another 20 minutes to rest in the oven before turning it on.
  7. Place in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180°.
