  1. In a bowl add the yeast, 2 tablespoons of wheat flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar and a glass of warm milk, stir.
  2. Put 1 cup of water and 1 cup of milk in a pan for lukewarm, after lukewarm add to the bowl.
  3. Then add the 2 slightly beaten eggs, the oil, sugar and salt, always stirring, add the flour little by little and stir with a wooden spoon, but reserve a little of the flour to then knead the dough.
  4. Take it to rest for 2 hours, cover with a cloth, after 2 hours, spread some of the wheat flour on a bench or marble stone, and put the dough, add the flour until the dough comes off of your hands, knead the dough a lot. dough, because the more you knead, the softer the bread will be.
  5. Divide the dough into three pieces, shape it in the shape you want, put it in a greased shape with butter and flour, cover with plastic film and let it double in volume, take it to the preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes or until you see it. which is already fully golden on top.
  6. In a bowl, mix 2 egg yolks, 1 tablespoon of sugar and 3 of milk, and brush on the bread, when you see that the bread is already a little golden, remove from the oven and brush this mixture and return to the oven to finish baking.
