- Organic Dry Yeast (1 sachet or 1 tablespoon)10 g

- Unleavened Wheat Flour1 kg
- In a bowl, place the oil, egg, warm water and mix well with a wire whisk.
- Then add the sugar, yeast, salt and mix again. After that, add the flour little by little and mix with your hands.
- When the dough is firm, transfer it to a flat surface. Knead the dough using pulling and pushing movements until it is smooth.
- Let it rest for 50 minutes. If it's cold, let the dough rest inside the turned off oven.
- Divide the dough into 3 equal parts. Open the dough with the help of a rolling pin and roll it up like a roulade, to give the bread a shape.
- Place the buns on a buttered baking sheet, leaving room for them to rise.
- Cover with a clean cloth and let it rest until it doubles in volume.
- Then, bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 40 minutes or until golden. Then just serve!
