  • Powdered milk2 tablespoon
  • Sugar4 tablespoon

  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour1/2 kg
  1. Beat all the ingredients in the blender for 2 minutes (EXCEPT THE WHEAT), then transfer to a bowl, and add wheat gradually, when I can't move anymore, put the dough on a floured bench and start kneading.
  2. If it's too sticky, add more wheat. After kneading well and the dough is no longer sticking to your hands, let it rest for 30 minutes to rise.
  3. When it rises, put the dough back on a bench, cut the dough in the amount of loaves you want, and open the dough and make the rolls (same as in the last photo)
  4. After modeling the breads, place in a greased and infarinhada shape. And let it rest for about 1 hour for the breads to rise again.
  5. After the buns have risen, brush 1 egg yolk with a little milk on top of the buns and bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until golden.
