  4. Knead the dough well for approximately 20 minutes.
  5. Put it to rest in a place protected from light and wind until it doubles in volume.
  6. Shape the buns. Place them on a greased baking sheet and let them double in volume in a place protected from light and wind.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden.
