Bread Yeast

Coloque em uma bacia, o fermento, o açúcar, o sal, o azeite e a água e misture bem. 

Place the yeast, sugar, salt, oil and water in a bowl and mix well.

Vá acrescentando a farinha e misturando muito bem até formar uma massa que desgrude das mãos. 

Add the flour and mix very well until it forms a dough that does not stick to your hands.

Coloque a massa sobre a mesa e sove bem por uns 10 minutos 

Place the dough on the table and knead well for about 10 minutes.

Dívida a massa em 3 partes iguais e sove cada parte por mais 10 minutos. 

Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and knead each part for another 10 minutes.

Enrole e coloque na forma untada e espere crescer para assar.
50 minutos a 180°

Roll it up and put it in the greased shape and wait for it to rise to bake.
