  • Wheat flour500 g
  • warm milk300 ml
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Organic Yeast10 g
  1. In a container, place the warm milk, adding the other ingredients, mixing well and the flour last.
  2. Gradually add the flour and mix until you get to the kneading point.
  3. Watch out! The more flour you add, the heavier the dough will be.
  4. Knead the dough for 15 minutes, then make the shape of your choice.
  5. Place in a greased pan with oil and let it rest for 30 minutes, until it doubles in volume.
  6. Finally, brush with a beaten egg yolk and a little water.
  7. Place in a preheated oven at 280°.
