Em uma vasilha coloque o fermento e a água morna e misture bem

In a bowl, place the yeast and warm water and mix well.

Acrescente o o óleo o sal e o açúcar e misture colocando aos poucos a farinha de trigo

Add the oil, salt and sugar and mix by gradually adding the wheat flour.

Misture por 5 minutos e coloque em um lugar escuro para inchar por 20 minutos, retire e modele os pães

Mix for 5 minutes and put in a dark place to swell for 20 minutes, remove and shape the buns

Unte a assadeira com oleo, e coloque os paes separados 

Grease the baking pan with oil, and place the breads separately.

Pincele com a gema e leve ao forno em 180° por 30 minutos 

Brush with egg yolk and bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
