  • Wheat1350 g
  • Warm water700 ml
  • Biological Yeast10 g
  • Oil8 tablespoon
  • Salt1 tablespoon
  • Sugar5 tablespoon
  • Corn Starch3 tablespoon
  1. In a blender, place the oil, warm water, yeast and sugar and beat well.
  2. In a large bowl, place the wheat flour and slowly pour the contents of the blender, mixing after each addition.
  3. When the dough starts to get heavier, add the salt and start mixing with your hands.
  4. Transfer the dough to a clean countertop floured with cornstarch and knead well until it is smooth and homogeneous.
  5. Make a ball with the dough and cover it in the bowl with a clean, damp cloth.
  6. Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
  7. Again on the bench, portion the dough into three parts and, with the help of a rolling pin, open each portion of dough, then rolling it up.
  8. Place the rolled buns in greased and floured loaf pans.
  9. Cover again with the cloth and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes, or until golden.
  11. Now all you have to do is taste their delicious homemade bread with some melting butter!
