  • wheat flour approx.1 kg
  • cup of warm milk (approx. 400 ml)1 cup
  • cup of warm water1/2 cup
  • cup of oil (approx. 100 ml)1/2 ml
  • tablespoons of sugar (approx. 200 g)4 g
  • spoon (soup) salt1 tablespoon
  • eggs (whole)2 unit(s)
  • fresh yeast30 g
  1. In a bowl, dissolve the fresh yeast (or 10 g of dry yeast) in the sugar and add the salt, liquid ingredients, eggs and mix very well.
  2. Gradually add the flour until it forms a soft dough and knead the dough well.
  3. Let the dough rest for approximately 1 hour.
  4. After the growth, divide the dough, roll it the way you want, put it in the shapes and let it rise until it doubles in volume.
  5. Bake in a medium oven (200°C) Preheated for approximately 30 min
  6. Remove the bread from the oven and brush with milk to make the crust softer.
