Compre a massa no supermercado e escolha o recheio da sua preferência. Sempre que dê vontade de comer pastel, é só fazer em casa. Para desfiar o frango, é só corta-lo em cubos grandes, temperar com sal, cominho e verduras da sua preferência. Depois deixar 10 minutos na panela de pressão para amolecer.
