- Ground beef600 g
- Potato1 kg
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 cup
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella250 g
- Oregano to taste
- Start by peeling the potatoes
- Cut them in half and put them to cook with salt.
- Once cooked while still hot, mash ad potatoes, add the butter and milk and stir well.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and onion, then place the ground beef seasoned with salt, black pepper and coriander, and the tomato paste.
- Let it cook until the broth is very thick, and very little broth
- Soon after, line a container with half of the mashed potatoes we made with the potatoes.
- Then add a layer of cheese and ground beef, and cover with the rest of the mashed potato.
- On top make another layer of cheese and sprinkle the oregano
- Then put it in the oven for about 30 minutes, and ready to serve.
