Numa tigela adicione o fermento mais açúcar e amasse até forma um mingau em seguida acrescente duas colheres de sopa de água em temperatura ambiente mexe  bem
Acrescente 250 g de farinha de trigo mexa até forma uma massinha deixe descansar por 30 minutos

Após o descanso da massinha acrescente os ovos , mais 250 g de farinha de trigo  mexa bem como ajuda de um fluer
Acrescente a água aos poucos na massa 
Observando vai precisar colocar o restante da farinha de trigo na massa mexe com o fluer até chegar o ponto não consegue mexe a massa com o fluer.

Adicione um pouco de farinha de trigo na bancada transfira a massa para bancada comece a sove bem 
Depois deixar a massa descansar por uma hora

Após do descanso da massa vai dobra o tamanho. 
Unte a forma com manteiga 
Molde a massa , passe para forma e faça um corte na massa
Leve ao forno pré aquecido 200°C
Assar por 40 minutos isto pode variar de forno para forno.
Retire do forno
Desenformar ele e sirva.
